These Terms govern your use of BarPocket and the website barpocket.sababilabs.com, provided by Sababi Labs (“we”, “us”). By downloading, installing, or using BarPocket, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The product

BarPocket is a macOS utility that helps you group and access menu bar icons. It uses system permissions (including Accessibility) and interacts with the menu bar and other apps on your Mac. Features may change as macOS changes.

BarPocket is an organizer, not a security, privacy, or VPN product. Hiding icons does not protect your data, hide activity from other apps, or replace macOS permissions. macOS may ask you to approve Accessibility again after some updates. We do not guarantee that every third-party menu bar extra can be discovered, hidden, or activated.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use BarPocket on Macs you own or control, subject to these Terms. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the app except as allowed by applicable law.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for how you configure BarPocket on your Mac
• You must grant or revoke Accessibility (and any other) permissions at your own discretion
• You must comply with Apple’s terms and the laws that apply to you
• Do not use BarPocket to interfere with others’ systems or to violate anyone’s rights

4. No warranties

BarPocket and this website are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that BarPocket will work with every macOS version, display layout, or third-party menu bar app, or that updates will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sababi Labs and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of (or inability to use) BarPocket or this website—even if we were advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the product or site is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for BarPocket in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $0 if you use the free product.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

6. Third-party software and services

BarPocket may interact with other apps and with macOS. Optional tips or payments may be handled by third parties (for example Gumroad). Those products and services have their own terms; we are not responsible for them.

7. Updates and changes

We may update BarPocket, discontinue features, or change these Terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms. The “Last updated” date above will be revised when we publish changes.

8. Termination

You may stop using BarPocket at any time by uninstalling it. We may stop offering the app or related services. Provisions that should survive (including disclaimers and liability limits) will survive.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
